He possesses a strong background in functional leadership roles and in initiative leaderships such as Business / Operations Excellence, Six sigma and Lean. He has held positions such as Regional Manager, Six sigma Master Black Belt, Regional Director, etc. in World-class Multi-national Corporations (MNCs).

He's driven successful projects in Japan, China, South Korea, ASEAN countries, India, Australia, Europe and the USA and has been called upon to deliver guest lectures in his core areas of expertise.

Kalyan is an Engineer with MBA from Rutgers Business School, NJ, USA. He has undergone Executive programs at GE Corporate Training Centre, Crotonville USA, Cranfield University, UK and Carnegie Mellon University, USA besides professional training at John Costanza Institute & at Shingijutsu, USA.
